Interlude: Nourishing Young Minds with the Table Talk Foundation

Interlude is thrilled to announce a partnership with the inspiring Table Talk Foundation as their charity partner. This collaboration signifies our commitment to giving back to the community and fostering a healthier future for the next generation.

Joining a network of passionate hospitality businesses as official industry partners, Interlude will directly support the foundation’s mission of providing high-quality food education programmes to children in the community, alongside offering valuable insights into the vibrant world of hospitality. Through this partnership, Interlude will directly support the foundation’s mission of providing vital food education for children in Sussex by donating a portion of each reservation.

“We are incredibly proud to partner with the Table Talk Foundation,” says Jean Delport, Executive Chef of Interlude. “At Interlude, we believe that food education is not just about learning to cook, but about fostering a lifelong appreciation for the industry and healthy choices. We are excited to contribute to the foundation’s impactful work and inspire the future generation of food enthusiasts in our community.”

As part of this partnership, Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens, the picturesque setting where Interlude is situated, plays host to a selection of children’s cooking class workshops in collaboration with the Table Talk Foundation. The fun-filled events introduced the children to the joys of cooking, helping them develop essential skills and confidence in the kitchen.

Together, Interlude and the Table Talk Foundation are committed to nurturing young minds and cultivating a brighter, healthier future. To learn more about the Table Talk Foundation and their invaluable work, visit their website www.tabletalk-foundation.com
